The Young Creative Awards (YCA) competition is organised by Young Creatives Nottingham (YCN), charity registration number 1168804, registered office c/o Antenna Media Centre, 15 Beck Street, Nottingham, NG1 1EQ.
Employees of and Trustees of the Young Creatives Nottingham, or their close family members, are not permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Entrants must live, study, or work in Nottingham. Please open this map to view the geographical boundary as agreed by the YCN Trustees and YCA Operations Group.
Closing date for entry changes each year. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to Young Creatives Nottingham using the contents of their entry for the promotion of the Young Creative Awards.
While physical entries are no longer accepted, Young Creatives Nottingham may request permission to use physical pieces of work in subsequent events and exhibitions for the promotion of the YCA. Care of pieces of work will be taken when they are in the possession of Young Creatives Nottingham.

Young Creatives Nottingham reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances, such as political, civil or social crisis or natural event, takes place outside of YCN’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by YCN.
YCN is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of approximately equivalent value without giving notice.
Entrants can submit work into as many categories as they like but it must meet the individual criteria of each category. Entrants can only enter each category once.
Winners will be chosen by panels of judges appointed by the YCA Operations Group. The judging panels' decisions will be final.
Those shortlisted to receive an award will be notified by email within 8 weeks of the closing date for entries to the competition.
YCN will notify the winners when and where prizes (if available) can be collected.
YCN’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final. There will be no obligation on YCN to enter into correspondence with the entrants, their families or representatives.
Entrants agree to the possible use of their name, image and competition entry in any publicity material to promote the competition and award.
Personal details provided by an entrant as part of her/his/their entry will be shared only with the members of the judging panels and with agencies involved in administering the awards and associated promotional activity.
By accepting an invitation to attend any awards event(s) entrants agree to the photographing and filming of the event and individual’s attendance.
Any publication of personal detail will be in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The entrant’s details relating to the competition will be shared with members of the judging panels.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating her/his/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
